We charge for travel to the site, time at the site, off-site repairs and preparation of written reports.

Training seminars are charged per person rather than by the hour.

There is a minimum charge of one day for our spring :plan service (deposit required), our spring :prevent service is booked in multiples of 10 hours and payable in advance, for all other services there is a minimum charge of one hour.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel an engineer's visit otherwise a cancellation charge may apply.

Support by secure remote access will be provided where possible and charged at normal rates (travel charges do not apply).

We do not charge for telephone, email or IM support where queries can be resolved quickly (subject to fair use). We reserve the right to charge for this service if the problem is more complicated.
